Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming internet sales leads and phone calls.
  • Use customer relationship management tools to effectively track all customer interactions. (CRM knowledge a plus)
  • Assist customers in vehicle selection via the internet/ phone/ video conference.
  • Schedule appointments with interested buyers.
  • Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade.
  • Other duties asked my management.

  • Speak clearly and distinctly.
  • Work with the team to achieve the common goal.

Job Type:

Pay:

  • $32,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 9:30-7pm

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Philadelphia, PA 19135: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
